Penny O'Brien has been a distinguished, enthusiastic and dedicated Broker marketing the entire South Shore for 29 years. Her whole career has been devoted to helping people achieve their goals. She has always been respected by her peers for her integrity, experience and ability to always give 100% - striving to be the ultimate professional.

Her many satisfied real estate clients have benefited from her unique combination of nursing, research and sales experience. She has been a consistent top producer with experience as a relocation specialist, exclusive listing agent for a new subdivision, Buyers agent and all phases of real estate brokerage. She has been recognized many times for various awards throughout her successful career. She feels she has had a rewarding (and long) career in real estate because you have to enjoy your job AND your product (homes and people).

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Penny graduated with honors from Lasell College with an R.N. degree. She began her career as a nurse at Mass. General Hospital, did research nursing for the National Institute of Health at Yale University, worked at the Employees Clinic at Hartford Hospital and solely ran a private physicians office before taking time off for her children.

A native of Connecticut, Penny and her family moved to the South Shore in 1969 where she has been active in many community affairs, school activities and substitute school nursing. She has two married children and five active grandchildren nearby. In her spare time, she enjoys golf, bridge and gardening.
